From 1967 to 1974, I worked for Major Shipbuilding Company in the exportation of various brands across developing countries (Burma, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Algeria, Nigeria, Vietnam, and so on), after which I worked for Major Trading Company until 2001, during which I journeyed to more than 60 places overseas for about 18 years including Latin America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, in particular working on various projects in developing countries. I decided to make use of my past experiences to establish the current Kurita Marketing and Management Corporation, propose and develop various profitable projects in various countries, as well as start activities with the main aim of expanding Japanese corporations overseas, supporting Western companies in their expansion into the Japanese market, and so on. I am grateful for everyoneʼs cooperation and support since the establishment of this company, which has allowed it to realize the success of numerous projects. In particular, I am overjoyed that all of the corporations that this company has helped are currently enjoying increasing prosperity. As a result of Japan developing its national policies with a focus on the economy, it has been recognized as one of the worldʼs economic powerhouses, but from now on, it will become necessary for each citizen to have big dreams and realize these dreams so that Japan will develop as a fair, peaceful, and abundant country which possesses a high level of academic standards and the most advanced technologies, few of which exist in the world. Along with contributing to the development of various countries, this company intends to pursue everyoneʼs “dreams” and “substantial results” as a company that can contribute to the expansion of companies of overseas as well as the growth of their achievements, making use of the experience and international network that it has cultivated in the past.
